I will travel to an agreed-upon location to verify your identity, ensuring your willingness to sign the pertinent document(s), including various legal documents and loan agreements. With precision and attention to detail, I will then act as the witness to your signature(s). My overarching objective is to simplify the process, making it both efficient and stress-free for you. Your convenience and peace of mind are my utmost priorities throughout the notarization and loan signing procedures.

Travel and After Hours Fees

Travel Fees do not apply to Loan Signing Services in Lancaster or Palmdale.

Travel Fees are calculated from Antelope Valley College, at 3041 W. Avenue K, Lancaster, CA 93536.

Six to Fifteen Miles | $25

Sixteen to Thirty Miles | $50

Thirty-One to Fifty Miles | $75

After Hours Service Fee
